Resolved: Not recieving emails for free earrings and no response via email

I have tried calling claires who are impossibe to get through to! I then emailed but no reply after days! Got through to head office who said i would get a reply! I then had to message through facebook to actually get it sorted! I did get an email after that stating it had been ressolved so we will see!

Preferred solution: I paid for daughters ears pierced which comes with 12 month free earrings however i wasnt recieving codes for the free earrings priced up to £17

User's recommendation: Definately recommend as i was able to get through to head office instead of trying to get through to customer services!

Information entered incorrectly on Claire's website

Trouble with newly bought poc and lack of response to email

My newly bought poc Claires free style comfort is iffy to turn

On and when on and in use an alarm keeps comming on saying I am taking to many breaths and another one comes on saying I am taking no breaths, it gets warm and shuts itself off. I sent an email to Claire about this and received no response.

I would expect some help for an expensive device such as your product.

I suffer from pulmonary fibrosis and require a poc to get around.

Unfortunately I cannot rely on the unit I bought from you not to leave me stranded. Check your files for proof of purchase from Barry lymer #8-820 Kiwanis way Gibsons bc

Faulty nose piercing

I had my nose pierced on Saturday at my local Claires store. Today is Wednesday and my nose piercing back fell out and now the stud wont go back in my hole. Considering this piercing was $75 and its only been 4 days, I expected to be able to get it repierced at no charge. However my local store said that this wouldnt be possible. I need a refund for this order. Thank you

I worked at a competitor to Claire's when I was 17. I was left alone to do piercings with no training. You should have gone to a tattoo parlor where they have trained professionals.

Stress Ball - broke in less than two hours

We bought a stress ball for $12.99+ tax and the décor came off in less than five minutes. Then the stress ball itself popped in less than two hours. The store would not take it back with the receipt. They said that can happen.well then why are they even selling them! Just to rip people off that is why. Very disappointed in the lack of customer consideration.

I just feel like that's a super fine line. I mean I don't blame them.

Stress balls can all bust no matter where you get them.

They have no way to tell if someone purposefully destroyed it or if someone maybe got a little too rough with it. I don't think this one falls on the store here.

I went to return headphones with a receipt. The girl there was hateful sarcastic.

Shorted me on my money. When I went back to talk the manager, I was told I had to leave because she wouldnt have me harassing her employe. I wonder if she pocketed the money. The manager would not even listen to me so I could show her the receipts .

Fortunately the whole thing is on video. The way I was treated was just ridiculous. I intend to put this hateful interaction all over social media. Never in my 65 years have I witnessed such insolent behavior.

Is this the type of people you employe? I will never take my grandkids there to shop again. I am going to make sure anyone I know, talk too knows about the customer service. That included the internet.

I have never been this upset!!!

The thing is you will just chalk it up to just another customer complaint. I can assure you I will make sure people know!!!

I cannot validly read your travels to be able to determine if the store is in the wrong or not. I do see that you received the buy 3 get 3 free promo/discount as well as a military discount.

What is the "return price" that is listed for the Headphones on your original receipt? I doubt it will be $29.99 because it doesn't seem as though you paid full price for them.

Can you post a legible photo of your receipts? Thanks!

Customer service is terrible. Employee very confrontational and would not communicate with customer regarding issues. Complete disregard for customer feelings and would not discuss with customer what was wrong. Really bad attitude and threatening. No one should be treated this way.

I dont want your bonus points. What I want is the money for the pair of headphones i spent 29.00 for had two days and they quit working. I went in with receipts . Store staff was horrible absolutely horrible. I will not go back and neither will any of my family. Customer service is the worst Ive ever experienced.

Bad Customer Service including Store Manager who doesn't give customers the time of day!

Store Manager at the Town Center, Jacksonville, FL needs to be refreshed on giving excellence in customer service. She is so wrapped up in herself that she doesn't give customers the time of day! Was a disappointing experience and like many others whom I have mentioned my experience agree we will not be going back there again.

We just had our daughter's ear pierced today at square one location.

It was our really bad experience ever, this should never happened to anyone's kid.

The staff didn't even apologize of the accident.

One ear was done perfectly by a professional staff, other person was not a professional at all.

She pierced my daughter's ear on the edge totally at wrong spot than it was marked.

I was charged the full price like no compensation for the loss and pain my daughter is been through.

I will never ever recommend this to anyone who has toddler.

With toddlers they should me more careful and have someone professional working at that time.

The other ear which was not done properly is not exactly in the middle, and the lady who did it by accident was saying to the other person that oh i told u that i can't do it.

It is a worst thing for any parent to see.

Very unprofessional.

Lastly, i am only going to say this is not fair at all when you don't have anyone professional just don't do it

My daughter was not even moving or crying she was all excited she just moved a little when she got one ear done and the other lady didn't focus on what she was doing because she wasn't trained at all.ver

You're saying that even though she moved upon the one side being pierced, that the other side should be able to hey m get a perfect aim while she's moving around? See that'another problem with piecing at the same time and why lots of stores are cutting down on doing it at well.

“ she just moved a little when she got one ear done” So you admit that it was your child who failed to follow instructions to sit still, thus resulting in the botched ear piercing. You are a disgusting human being trying to blame the store, the corporation, and threaten legal action when YOU simply need to take responsibility for YOUR actions and those of YOUR little brat!!!

Your just being rude and watch your language It was fully the store staff fault My daughter moved cox they didn't do it together at the same time The other lady wasn't trained and she told me that in the beginning that i am nit a piercing person Your judging the situation based on your thinking It wasn't your child so noway that you will understand our pain

There is no policy that states they HAVE to pierce at the same time. As a matter of fact, it's a *** of a lot safer up to have ONE PERSON piercing one ear at a time.

That's all I tell my customers, have had zero issues, pushback, or loss of customers & piercings. If your child doesn't follow the instructions and flinched or Jerusalem away, that can definitely be dangerous and cause a mis- pierce or a "miss" on the marked dot.

Totally fixable. Just make sure she stays still when correcting it.
