I purchased threadless earrings yesterday 7/4. Once I got home, I realized they are not threadless, they are in fact internally threaded earrings.

I tried to return them as they are not as advertised and I was told I needed to contact customer service as the store wouldn't take them back.

I'd like to be refunded the $52.98 as these will be going in the trash because I cannot use them. That's why I was specifically looking for threadless.

Please see attached pictures of receipt, the package that says threadless and the actual earring that is not an internally threaded earrings, not threadless.

DO NOT GET UR EARS PIERCED AT CLAIRE'S. I have been interested in ear piercings and yeah, they use piercing guns, but it's just a sterile hollow needle where a piercing gun at Claire's uses like blunt force trauma in your ear lobe, while a sterile needle causes less blunt force trauma.

Hi, my daughter got an ear piercing from ***'s store, the shop at ***. After 21 days, I tried to change the earrings according to the specialist's statement.

She told me I could change them after 21 days, but the hole in the ear is so small that I am unable to put the earrings on. In 4 to 5 days, the hole closed.

Either I want my daughter to be pierced again or I would like a refund of the amount. Thanks a lot.

The store clerk was not skilled to pierce ears! Yhe backing got jammed and she was told by the manager to get a different backing from the drawer; she found one and forced it onto the back of the earring causing the complete earring to emerge into my ear. Very painful

Need someone from cooperative to call me. The girl that works in Culver City location is so rude.

She does eat piercings. I asked her name 2 times; she would not answer, no smiles. She scared my 6-year-old daughter so bad she was shaking, and we left the store.

Please someone call me. She has to get fired.

When I signed up for emails, I was sent a $10.00 off coupon, but when I went to the store, I was told they don't honor that. I was given a % off.

I would have liked to have used the $10.00 off coupon. False advertisement!!!

Piercing. I got home and realized there were no backs on the earrings.

One earring already came out. I'm going to have to repeat the piercing.

I requested my money back and was told no; they will repierce. *** no.

The store manager can do nothing. Gave me the wrong 800 # to call.

I emailed and now it's moved to tier #2 help desk. It's been 5 days and ZERO resolution!!!

One we went to claire's we wanted to get my childs ears pierced it was so expensive! Outrageous and after a few weeks something happened the earing went inside the ear she said it really stung so we went to the hospital after that it was bleeding so much I hope nobody goes there EVER like many of people experiencing.

Only one employee present. She was assisting two teenagers who seemed to be interested in getting their ears pierced.

I had items in hand and waiting at the counter. After waiting for 10mins for some form of assistance or at least acknowledgement- nothing. The two customers that she was assisting noticed that I was waiting while the employee never even bothered to look in my direction. I put the items back and walked out of the store.

The store is very tiny hand hard to not notice anyone.

Especially when its only four customers in the store. Last time shopping there.
