Ordered twice from this company.. should have known better from the first order..
order the moon ring on my first order was supposed to be silver.. looks like pewter when I received it..
Second order I ordered earrings.. which trying to put in my ear the whole back of the claps broke off into my hand... Very poor poor quality...
Also noticed online another woman also stating she's going out of business due to retirement... Is selling the same product you see on Claire's... And the return process is such a hassle don't even know if it's worth it... This place is a hoax.
Beware stay clear this site...

MY EAR HURTS
When I got my ears pierced, there was a BUMP and it HURT and I was CRYING. The staff did nothing, and it made me very angry.
I didn't know I gad a peanut allergy, and the metal was produced the same factory as a peanut factory!
Crazy, right? :)

I visited this location with my wife to get my daughter's ear pierced. The next day, the diamond fell out and was hurting my daughter.
We called and went to the store on 12/12/2024 at 10:00 AM PST to resolve the issue, but unfortunately as soon as we walked in, we encountered one of the most rude and unprofessional employees. her name was RIMA but was extremely aggressive, impolite, and even insulted us. She claimed she wasnt responsible for changing the earring, and her behavior was completely unacceptable. She used bad language in front of my 6-year-old daughter, which was shocking and upsetting.
I am appalled by the treatment we received. I strongly advise against purchasing from this store as the product quality is poor, and the customer service is appalling. I feel terrible for my daughter, who had to witness such inappropriate behavior. This is not how customers should be treated, especially in front of children.
I do not understand how the owner hire such a person. is this because the lack of labor in the market to hire anyone from any where?
zero courtesy and professional manner, very embarrassing for such a store in OC, this is not just a normal issue, this had to be addressed by the management, if this store really has a manager. I would not want such a person to work for my business, so people can write such a review.

Not as advertised?
I received an advertisement FROM YOU5 for 5 jewellerygrabbed my 9 year old granddaughter and drove to MicMac Mall.used to buy about $30 Worth of things years
Agowhen Ypu had 10 for 10.stepped into store, was greeted by nice clerk and said I am looking for the 5 for 5said IT was 5 for $6..
Now.that is not what you sent me but I said I would look anyway.i wasted my gas
And my time and at 83 years of age I do resent that.
Someone dropped the ball, next to nothing went on the rack!
I think in this day and age with money tight you shoukd be trying harder to keep

I am displeased with the advertisements sent my email….please do not send me any more as they are not to be trusted and actually not worth the trip to the mall.
Used to do a lot of shopping there, You used to have a ten for ten promotionwhen I was sent an ad for five I immediately packed up my Granddaughter and went down to the mall. As I walked in the door a clerk asked what she could help me with today said the five for fiveno says the clerk it is five for sixI was immediately cautious.so I
Asked her to show me the rack, she pointed to the back, small rack and actually there was nothing on that rack I would have taken if You had given it to me free.
I left the store
And said to myself I would never go back. Something is wrong with this, if she had any sales skills would have offered to checkeither she did not want to be bothered to wait on me or there was some sort of funny business going on,
You lost a good customer!

Avoid very rude girls working at your Lisburn Bow Street Mall. I was completely ignored while they were having a full-blown chat.
It didn't matter that I was standing for ages with my young daughter at the counter waiting for them to serve me.
I ended up walking out as their chat was going to take a while. This is a great way to run a business, thanks.

Their aftercare products are useless, the healing is slow af, the quality is terrible, and theres a chance that might get a bump in your ear. 0/10 Would Not Recommend

I have tried calling claires who are impossibe to get through to! I then emailed but no reply after days!
Got through to head office who said i would get a reply!
I then had to message through facebook to actually get it sorted! I did get an email after that stating it had been ressolved so we will see!
Preferred solution: I paid for daughters ears pierced which comes with 12 month free earrings however i wasnt recieving codes for the free earrings priced up to £17

I had pierce done at Gulfgate store in Houston TX. The manager who gave me the piercing said I can get free earrings for 12 months she entered my information wrong on the website

Trouble with newly bought poc and lack of response to email
My newly bought poc Claires free style comfort is iffy to turn
On and when on and in use an alarm keeps comming on saying I am taking to many breaths and another one comes on saying I am taking no breaths, it gets warm and shuts itself off. I sent an email to Claire about this and received no response.
I would expect some help for an expensive device such as your product.
I suffer from pulmonary fibrosis and require a poc to get around.
Unfortunately I cannot rely on the unit I bought from you not to leave me stranded. Check your files for proof of purchase from Barry lymer #8-820 Kiwanis way Gibsons bc

I had my nose pierced on Saturday at my local Claires store. Today is Wednesday and my nose piercing back fell out and now the stud wont go back in my hole.
Considering this piercing was $75 and its only been 4 days, I expected to be able to get it repierced at no charge. However my local store said that this wouldnt be possible.
I need a refund for this order. Thank you

We bought a stress ball for $12.99+ tax and the décor came off in less than five minutes. Then the stress ball itself popped in less than two hours.
The store would not take it back with the receipt. They said that can happen.well then why are they even selling them!
Just to rip people off that is why. Very disappointed in the lack of customer consideration.

I went to return headphones with a receipt. The girl there was hateful sarcastic.
Shorted me on my money. When I went back to talk the manager, I was told I had to leave because she wouldnt have me harassing her employe. I wonder if she pocketed the money. The manager would not even listen to me so I could show her the receipts .
Fortunately the whole thing is on video. The way I was treated was just ridiculous. I intend to put this hateful interaction all over social media. Never in my 65 years have I witnessed such insolent behavior.
Is this the type of people you employe? I will never take my grandkids there to shop again. I am going to make sure anyone I know, talk too knows about the customer service. That included the internet.
I have never been this upset!!!
The thing is you will just chalk it up to just another customer complaint. I can assure you I will make sure people know!!!
