Preferred solution: I paid for daughters ears pierced which comes with 12 month free earrings however i wasnt recieving codes for the free earrings priced up to £17

Trouble with newly bought poc and lack of response to email
My newly bought poc Claires free style comfort is iffy to turn
On and when on and in use an alarm keeps comming on saying I am taking to many breaths and another one comes on saying I am taking no breaths, it gets warm and shuts itself off. I sent an email to Claire about this and received no response.
I would expect some help for an expensive device such as your product.
I suffer from pulmonary fibrosis and require a poc to get around.
Unfortunately I cannot rely on the unit I bought from you not to leave me stranded. Check your files for proof of purchase from Barry lymer #8-820 Kiwanis way Gibsons bc

I went to return headphones with a receipt. The girl there was hateful sarcastic.
Shorted me on my money. When I went back to talk the manager, I was told I had to leave because she wouldnt have me harassing her employe. I wonder if she pocketed the money. The manager would not even listen to me so I could show her the receipts .
Fortunately the whole thing is on video. The way I was treated was just ridiculous. I intend to put this hateful interaction all over social media. Never in my 65 years have I witnessed such insolent behavior.
Is this the type of people you employe? I will never take my grandkids there to shop again. I am going to make sure anyone I know, talk too knows about the customer service. That included the internet.
I have never been this upset!!!
The thing is you will just chalk it up to just another customer complaint. I can assure you I will make sure people know!!!

We just had our daughter's ear pierced today at square one location.
It was our really bad experience ever, this should never happened to anyone's kid.
The staff didn't even apologize of the accident.
One ear was done perfectly by a professional staff, other person was not a professional at all.
She pierced my daughter's ear on the edge totally at wrong spot than it was marked.
I was charged the full price like no compensation for the loss and pain my daughter is been through.
I will never ever recommend this to anyone who has toddler.
With toddlers they should me more careful and have someone professional working at that time.
The other ear which was not done properly is not exactly in the middle, and the lady who did it by accident was saying to the other person that oh i told u that i can't do it.
It is a worst thing for any parent to see.
Very unprofessional.
Lastly, i am only going to say this is not fair at all when you don't have anyone professional just don't do it
My daughter was not even moving or crying she was all excited she just moved a little when she got one ear done and the other lady didn't focus on what she was doing because she wasn't trained at all.ver

I worked at a competitor to Claire's when I was 17. I was left alone to do piercings with no training. You should have gone to a tattoo parlor where they have trained professionals.
