Pissed Consumer Interviews ?

I want to share my grievance on my daughter's ( 7 months) ear piercing experience we had recently. One of her ear is unevenly pierced from the other, which when we communicated to the store manager named 'Chanel' at Solomon pond Mall, Marlborough,MA, store no: 6380 replied unprofessionally saying "It is often in case for children." (Note: My kid was sitting calm during the entire piercing procedure and the staff lady who did the other ear did a perfect job). i strong recommend to avoid visiting this store for ear piercing unless you want to be taken for granted on the expense of your child.

Claires - TERRIBLE

Angry The cleveland mall in shelby NC has a high problem with accusations. It is honestly ridiculous. Claires - Dishonorable Store

The store charged me $20 for an item that was on sale for $11.90 and the employees refused to honor the sale price. I was jipped, and customer service wouldn't help either. Whether online or not, don't waste your time shopping here.

Claires - Terrible

Absolutely terrible company to work for! I have been fighting back and forth with my old District manager Vanessa about my LAST TWO paychecks being cut short then the hours I have clocked in and I have been getting no where! Please note this has been over 3 weeks ago since this has started! I have also received out to cooperate office multiple time and no answers, I leave a message and I still hear nothing! I would not suggest ever being employed here!
